Profile of Jochen Hammer
Jochen Hammer, Consultant with speciality in Personal Digital Assistants
(PDAs) with man-machine interface (MMI) and associated telecommunications
systems design and development. Jochen has gained over 20 years experience
in systems and software design and development with an emphasis on embedded
software in test, electronic and GSM applications. His knowledge of the
needs to reduce system complexity and improve the operator capabilities
in information technology use has allowed him to use his telecommunications
skills to implement cost effective PDA solutions. Jochen has implemented
PDA solutions in the Telecommunications, Finance, Construction and Retail
industries. He has gained extensive experience of international team working
and culture within the EU. Jochen has lead and managed project teams to
implement solutions across a number of different locations. He gained
his Dipl.-Ing. at Nuremberg University in Germany. Jochen is a keen balloonist,
antique car enthusiast and special effects organiser for open-air theatre
productions.
